Testimonials

I cannot recommend Katrina Wilson of Bradfield BadgerFox highly enough. She recently sold my Queens Park property and exceeded every expectation. From coordinating painters, gardeners and stylists to guiding me through every step of the campaign, her service was exceptional. Katrina’s professionalism, communication and dedication secured the price we wanted. She also cared deeply for prospective buyers, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved. The purchasers were thrilled, as was I. Katrina truly went above and beyond, and I would recommend her without hesitation.

As a new client of Bradfield BadgerFox’s property management team, I have been blown away by Jasmin Markham’s efficiency and level of client communication. My apartment has been leased within 2 days, with the tenant moving in in 3 days - at a rental rate higher than what the previous managing agent suggested was achievable.

Jasmin Markham and the team from Bradfield BadgerFox have been highly professional and extremely supportive in helping me secure a rental property in the Eastern suburbs whilst I was still living interstate. They have great communication and are always fast to reply to inquiries. Jasmine was super accommodating in setting up a FaceTime inspection and sending through a video, making moving easy and simple, which is exactly what you need as both an investor and tenant.

Jasmin from the team at Bradfield BadgerFox has been incredible diligent, patient and professional guiding me through my first experience with being a landlord. I genuinely feel so calm in the experience because she has everything under control, she explains things well and is unbelievably knowledgeable in her profession. Couldn’t recommend her or Bradfield BadgerFox more!

From first call, to meeting Jasmin, I knew she was the perfect fit. Her attitude, professionalism, confidence and communication was unmatched. We were renting our 2-bedroom apartment for the first time so it was new territory for us and we trusted her judgement. Jasmin had it leased in under a week for the exact amount she said she could get for it, which we were very happy with. I don’t often leave reviews but I know how important and overwhelming it can be trying to find the right agent who genuinely loves and is great at their job. Jasmin really did ease this process for us and we couldn’t be happier. Her fees are also very competitive and transparent.

Rodney was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the start, Rodney's passion was felt over the phone. He was super helpful and very reliable.

We had a fantastic experience working with Rodney Scurrell. After just one open home, he secured a tenant and had the lease signed the following morning, an incredible result! His communication was clear and consistent and made the whole process simple and seamless from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and we always felt like we were in great hands. Highly recommend Rodney to anyone looking for a reliable and results-driven agent!”

Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Responsive, cheerful (genuinely, not real estate fake), helpful. A refreshing change. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience working with Will on the sale of my apartment. He was incredibly proactive and responsive throughout the entire process, always keeping me informed and one step ahead. Will was very easy to deal with -professional, approachable, and genuinely pleasant in every interaction. I always felt confident that everything was being taken care of, which made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Sarah has been nothing short of amazing, she genuinely is such an amazing person who cares deeply about her tenants

William Tsagaris is an exceptional agent who helped us to achieve an incredible result. Will was positive and persistent throughout the campaign. Having worked with him also on the buyers side 4 years ago, I have developed a trusting relationship with Will and will continue to work with him in the future.

Phenomenal leasing experience. Janet was exceptionally helpful throughout the pre-lease process and even accommodated a key pickup outside of normal working hours
