Janet was an absolute legend helping me with my apartment application! She made the whole process way easier than I expected and kept everything stress-free. Super friendly, quick to respond, and actually made the experience enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend Janet and the team enough.

For three years Helen has been both professional and personable. Very easy to communicate with and always helpful with any request we have.

Reliable, Friendly and Efficient. From the outset Emma has been most courteous and knowledgeable and has enabled great outcomes for our rental properties. Thanks Emma!
As a new client of Bradfield BadgerFox’s property management team, I have been blown away by Jasmin Markham’s efficiency and level of client communication. My apartment has been leased within 2 days, with the tenant moving in in 3 days - at a rental rate higher than what the previous managing agent suggested was achievable.
Jasmin Markham and the team from Bradfield BadgerFox have been highly professional and extremely supportive in helping me secure a rental property in the Eastern suburbs whilst I was still living interstate. They have great communication and are always fast to reply to inquiries. Jasmine was super accommodating in setting up a FaceTime inspection and sending through a video, making moving easy and simple, which is exactly what you need as both an investor and tenant.
Jasmin from the team at Bradfield BadgerFox has been incredible diligent, patient and professional guiding me through my first experience with being a landlord. I genuinely feel so calm in the experience because she has everything under control, she explains things well and is unbelievably knowledgeable in her profession. Couldn’t recommend her or Bradfield BadgerFox more!
Katherine Kevgas was awesome to work with during my move-out. Very helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. She explained everything clearly, responded quickly whenever I had questions, and just made sure things went smoothly from start to finish. Really appreciated how on top of everything she was.
Emma has been a fantastic agent from start to finish. She found us wonderful tenants quickly and has managed every step of the rental process with professionalism and care. Communication is always clear, issues are handled promptly, and we feel completely confident knowing our property is in such capable hands. It makes all the difference having someone so reliable and proactive managing our rental and we couldn’t recommend Emma more highly!
As tenants, we had a brilliant experience renting through Helen and the team at Bradfield BadgerFox. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We truly appreciated how stress-free and positive the entire process was. Highly recommend!
