As a new client of Bradfield BadgerFox’s property management team, I have been blown away by Jasmin Markham’s efficiency and level of client communication. My apartment has been leased within 2 days, with the tenant moving in in 3 days - at a rental rate higher than what the previous managing agent suggested was achievable.
Jasmin Markham and the team from Bradfield BadgerFox have been highly professional and extremely supportive in helping me secure a rental property in the Eastern suburbs whilst I was still living interstate. They have great communication and are always fast to reply to inquiries. Jasmine was super accommodating in setting up a FaceTime inspection and sending through a video, making moving easy and simple, which is exactly what you need as both an investor and tenant.
Jasmin from the team at Bradfield BadgerFox has been incredible diligent, patient and professional guiding me through my first experience with being a landlord. I genuinely feel so calm in the experience because she has everything under control, she explains things well and is unbelievably knowledgeable in her profession. Couldn’t recommend her or Bradfield BadgerFox more!
From first call, to meeting Jasmin, I knew she was the perfect fit. Her attitude, professionalism, confidence and communication was unmatched. We were renting our 2-bedroom apartment for the first time so it was new territory for us and we trusted her judgement. Jasmin had it leased in under a week for the exact amount she said she could get for it, which we were very happy with. I don’t often leave reviews but I know how important and overwhelming it can be trying to find the right agent who genuinely loves and is great at their job. Jasmin really did ease this process for us and we couldn’t be happier. Her fees are also very competitive and transparent.
